I’m Nelson Lemus, Founder of International Spirits Collective.

For more than two decades in New York City, I have dedicated my career to mastering the craft of hospitality and advancing within the spirits and cocktail industry. Throughout this journey, I have opened bars, helped shape restaurant concepts, curated innovative pop-up experiences, and earned recognition through cocktail competitions. I have also developed educational programs that celebrate both the artistry and discipline behind exceptional bartending.

My work eventually expanded onto the global stage, where I served as a Global Brand Ambassador. In that role, I traveled internationally to design elevated cocktail experiences, collaborate with hospitality teams around the world, and mentor emerging talent within the industry.

Today, I bring the knowledge, creativity, and global perspective gained from that journey into my own company, International Spirits Collective. My focus is on crafting experiences that are thoughtful, memorable, and executed with precision, where every detail reflects a deep respect for the craft of fine spirits and hospitality.
